Terms and Conditions
Payment – all payment must be received 4 weeks prior to the booked date plus a security deposit of 250 euros which
will be returned by cheque in the post no later than 48 hours after vacation. Any damaged items must be replace
and should be notified to the owners representative on the island or to the owner direct. The property must be
vacated no later than 10.30 a.m. on the date of departure and access will be 14.00 on the date of arrival unless by
prior arrangement.
Owner’s note: This property is family owned and is used frequently. We would ask all visitors to respect the
property and treat it as you would your own.
